Gifts to make Healthy Habits and Happy Wallets!

Hemp and Neem Soap this soap helps fight inflammation, smells great and has helped me with all my pain. It’s so hydrating.   it’s about 2$ more expensive from the company who makes it. Shipping, if you only buy one bar, is $5— the same price as the bar itself.

Versatile Alaffia Black Soap This soap can be used to wash your hair, face or body, but also to clean as well. I love the way it smells and the way it makes my hair look and feel, and I love the way it makes my hair and body smell.

I use Dr. Bronner’s Naked Lip Balm. It’s in my purse right now. It’s all natural, non gmo, sustainably made, and it doesn’t hurt my lips. There’s no garbage in it. It’s gluten free, SLS free and so on. At 2.95, you can’t beat a price like that for a product like this.

Scent and Cruelty Free nailpolish–“No Miss” brand. People love the look and color and it lasts long.

Every Day Shea Fair Trade Lavender Bubble Bath

Therapeutic Skin Brush–this is the best price I’ve found for a skin brush. It has a long handle. I am going to do a blog soon on the benefits of skin brushing. Some include lowering metabolism for weight loss, but the main thing is it helps with drainage of lymph nodes and it invigorates you. It gives you more energy. For me, it helped me start to heal. Skin brushing contributed to helping me walk again.

I’m going to do another post about natural hair and body products, but it probably won’t be in time for Christmas delivery. Thanks for reading everyone. I do this for you!

Dare to be different! BOLDLY live YOUR truth and SET THIS WORLD ON FIRE with me!!!
