Winners are Quitters!

I used to think being a quitter and giving up on things was always bad. But in fact, some of the most successful people in this world have quit a lot of things and they still do. If you don’t stop doing the wrong things, how can you even start doing the right things? If you don’t give up on the bad people and say goodbye to them, how can you have room for the good people? You can’t get what you want, if you hang on to what you don’t want. If you won’t give up what you don’t want, that’s why you don’t have what you say you want. If you say you can’t stand someone and you keep holding on to them, you’ll be miserable and misery never attracts good things or good people.

You say you want a good man, but you are allowing a bad man to keep you miserable? Do you think a good man would want someone bitter and jaded? Do you think a good man would want to be with a woman that compromises like that? Good, happy, successful people want to be around other good, happy, successful people. They won’t allow someone who is miserable to compromise their happiness. They won’t allow an undisciplined person to poison their disciplined life.

If you want something, go get it. Do you actually believe that life is too short to be unhappy? No, it’s TOO LONG! When you are miserable, life is too long. Every minute seems to drag by! When you are happy life goes by too fast. “Time flies when you’re having fun”. Quit being miserable and follow the dreams God put on your life. You need to quit giving up on yourself, and have the abundant life He wants you to live. “He came that we may have life and have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10) Go out and be different. Be the change you want to see in the world!
